Aquarius Oceanfront Hotel

The Manager was a very nice gentleman. He knew we were upset. the first room we checked into was the worst, he took us to a few other rooms, & we really settled on the one that seemed the nicer. He offered to refund our money, but it was too late at that point to try & book another hotel. We were tired, and felt kind of stuck. did not want to take everything back to the car & basically start all over, & lose what little time we had. So, we bit the bullet & stayed the rest of our days there. BTW, we didn't have WiFi, it was very poor. Some of the TV channels that we always watch would stay on for 2 hours then dissappear....very weird!! best part, we were on the oceanfront, with balcony.

Bathroom was horrible. the toilet was on an angle, where the front of the toilet faced tub & knees hit the tub.. no sink in bathroom. had to go out of the bedroom, & the sink was between the bedroom & living room. One elevator, and room not very clean!

Location. Everything else about it was awful! I wouldn’t go back there even if it was for free

Absolutely disgusting! We got 2 rooms and neither were clean! Dirty laundry left from prior guests, hair everywhere, white stains all over the couches and comforter, food left under the couch, mold everywhere and I almost stepped on a dirty hook on the ground. The showers were also so gross we couldn’t even shower

The rooms was filthy, the bedding was used, the floors, furniture and patio windows wasn't acceptable, I called booking.com to see if I left will i be refunded for the 3 days they never called back, I had to clean room.got pink eye the next day.there was no soap to bath... health risk!! Renter beware. Booking.com will not help u no matter how much evidence you have...very very bad experience i had to bring in a sleeping bag to sleep on...

This hotel shocked me I was truly satisfied with my stay the jacuzzi room was BEAUTIFUL best suite I’ve ever been in in my life!!! 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I love the location. People are very nice. But rooms and the bathroom are not if enough.

This not about the property but for some reasons I have added the guest name and it was not listed. My guest some difficulties to check in but it was resolved when I called.
