The rooms were very clean. The location is very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location and the staff were great! The room was a little dated but very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have the breakfast but loved that they have a nice outdoor patio for guests to enjoy in the morning.

There’s no AC in the room and the only fan isn’t above the bed and was very very loud. We ended up getting up in the middle of the night to open the windows, luckily the hotel is in a very quiet part of town so it was peaceful.

Easy access, location is close to downtown

Has very basic accommodations, for a husband and wife it was okay, but for a girl’s get away it wouldn’t have been. No mirror in the living area, no vanity or chair in the living area, just a round table with two chairs. When I go with the girls we use every mirror and outlet in the room to get ready for our outings.

Location was very good for walking to Cannery Row, coastal walks, and restaurants. Staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions, and immediately came to our room when we told them the refrigerator was freezing everything.

Breakfasts were okay. I was surprised that reusable plates, cups and utensils were not used. Also decaf coffee was not offered, and coffee was not available during the day. The refrigerator in our room froze all contents.
