Not far from old town! Sitting on the porch. Safe area…

Old musty smell in building, old carpeting in hallway, dreadful twenty step staircase one had to climb to get to room on top of the outside seven porch steps. The window blinds that don’t keep light out, the noise from the traffic on this busy street establishment is located on. Poor installation. Old unattractive furniture. Noise from mini fridge immense. You have to cross the street and go to their sister establishment for breakfast. No fun ! Poor water pressure in shower and sink. Highly over priced! Not recommended for elderly or handicapped…

The area is lovely, the room and property are charming and beautiful. Car parking is convenient.

The staff were very difficult - check-in was painful with two members of staff stood giving conflicting information at the front desk. The room was very loud - sleeping was difficult. I understand it's a period property but the lack of any sound insulation was extreme. The breakfast space was tiny and chaotic. Finally, they try to charge $40 to use a Tesla charger. That's not only going against the advice of Tesla, but also ridiculously poor value for money.

STAFF especially the omelet Lady! All GOOD!

Had to cross the street to check in and get breakfast. No staff at the property. Pool dirty and not usable. Physical keys.

Great location a few minutes walk from Duval street. Excellent reception staff. Good size room and bathroom with all the expected accessories. On site parking. This is a sister hotel to the Spring palm which is directly over the road where the breakfast is available. Both have a swimming pool which we did not use but I imagine in the heat of summer would be a nice benefit.
