Achei o hotel muito confortável, bem localizado, ótimo café da manhã e funcionários muito atenciosos.

O que eu faria para melhorar seria mais um elevador social ou aumentar o tamanho do elevador. Só isso.

Eu adorei a área da piscina! Meu quarto, mesmo sendo o mais básico, atendeu perfeitamente todas as minhas necessidades. O hotel é muito agradável, e os funcionários são extremamente receptivos. A disponibilidade de toalhas para piscina ou praia faz toda a diferença. Além disso, o hotel conta com uma empresa de passeios dentro das instalações, o que facilita bastante. O Leandro nos recebeu super bem. Muito simpático, divertido e atencioso! Chegamos bem cedo, e mesmo assim guardaram nossas malas e ainda nos permitiram utilizar a piscina, o que foi um grande diferencial. Super recomendo !

O chuveiro no começo tive dificuldades para utilizar e o funcionário do turno da noite nos informou como manusear. Só nos dois últimos dias que ele ficou oscilando a temperatura!

No geral foi uma hospedagem boa. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos.

Ar condicionado nós e alguns hóspedes que conhecemos tiveram problemas, em uma noite parou de resfriar e tivemos que mudar de quarto de madrugada com bebê pequeno, porém eles disponibilizaram uma suíte para trocarmos, tiveram empatia para resolver o problema. No geral foi uma hospedagem boa. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos.
