The property wasn’t clean, there were stains on all the bed sheets and towels, bugs in the bathroom as well as the bed. Our door would not lock at all, and the walls were not soundproof, we were woken by chickens and music at 4am every morning. The tv did not work and we were not provided toiletries like listed, the bathroom was very dirty as well. We were also charged way over the general price for a motorbike after being told it was free.

Nice central position on the island. The main town and the tourist attractions on the west side are easy to reach by scooter. The service provided was super fast and kind!

The rooms are lovely looking from the outside. But it is a very simple stay with little facilities.

Everything!! The Bungalow was huge and clean!!

It's a quiet place far from everything in the middle of the island, the view is good. The room was clean and tidy.

The place was still under construction, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, especially the walls. The door closed a little bit difficult, and there's space underneath where animals can go through, especially snakes (yes, they are active during night time). The shower was okay, but no water pressure.

I booked a stay at The Sweet Corn on Nusa Penida from July 19, 2024, to July 21, 2024. Upon arrival, I found the place completely deserted. I sent a message to the owner and called the number provided with the reservation but received no response. There was no one around the property either. The next day, I contacted Expedia and was given another number for the owner. After some messaging, the owner only responded with "It is your fault" and "You are not getting your money back." I showed a photo of the property to prove I was there and provided screenshots of the message I sent and the call I made to the number listed in the reservation details. It turned out it was an old number. Despite this, the owner repeated, "It is your fault" and "You are not getting your money back." The owner later stated that I could still come, but by then, I had already incurred additional costs.

Door not closing properly, basic soap shampoo not provided, no proper hotel reception, extra towels not available, big deep hole outside in garden area for future swimming pool very dangerous for small children falling down, garden area not maintained properly
