Cloran Mansion Bed & Breakfast

Paul was a great host...warm and friendly. Breakfast was delicious; generous servings and a lovely variety of food..served beautifully in the gorgeous dining room. It was nice to have two options to pick from when we would like breakfast served. The rooms are beautiful with all of the amenities you could want. Our bed was so comfortable and we enjoyed the whirlpool tub in the evening after a day of driving, shiopping, and dining! 5 stars for sure!!

Can't think of a thing!

We stayed at the cottage (which is right next to the mansion) and we were very pleased. Other than breakfast we did not spend much time in the mansion, but breakfast was wonderful. Paul and his wife were great hosts. I definitely will recommend the Cloran Mansion to my family and friends!

Cute Victorian B&B! Went to Galena for the annual fair. This B&B was across the street from the shuttle, so worked out great. The room was very nice. Huge jet tub with shower. The décor is very Victorian, not my taste, but was still very nice place. Breakfast is made by the owners and it was amazing! Granola French toast, eggs made to order, sausage, the best fresh fruit I've had, English muffin and other stuff. We were able to check in early so that was a plus since we were shuttling to the fair. Only wish the bathroom had more lighting, other than that it was very nice.

We like the way the mansion looked: the goblets in the China cabinet that we could use, the beautiful pair of period porcelain lamps, the sunny alcove in our bedroom, the cozy fireplaces.

We liked it all!

We had an amazing stay. The room was cozy and it had everything we needed to have a great time. The fireplace was a nice touch on the very windy night. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Paul and wife are very gracious hosts. We will definitely come back.

The mansion is lovely, the grounds are beautiful, the beds are comfy, the breakfasts were amazing and the host is so thoughtful.
