It is convenient for us driving from Adelaide to visit our son in Montmorency. Also very convenient for shops and local eateries.

There are some maintenance issues. Toilet seat loose. Bed, the mattress very old. Cigarette burn on table under the TV. Bedside sockets would be nice for charging phones. Hooks to hang clothes in bathroom would be appreciated too.
