Location is great to where we needed to be plus across the road from a restaurant and down street from Maccas- everything we need for an overnight stay

We have stayed here multiple times due its convenience and stayed in multiple different family rooms … the master beds are awfully uncomfortable - every single one in every single room we’ve stayed in. As soon as you pull back those covers and don’t have the duvet as added softness, the bed is hard and you feel everything under it - it’s time to upgrade. To be fair - the kids have always said their beds in the second room have been comfortable. The carpets also need a wash. We couldn’t walk barefoot - our feet were black. We had to wash our feet sitting on. the bed before going to sleep and sorry that left your white towels black as well.

It was easy to get to and very close to restaurants. Comfortable room. Very close to the hospital also.

Had to wait about 15 mins before someone would check me in. Noone at the front counter

"WORST MOTEL WITH DISRESPECTFUL RECEPTION STAFF"

Rude and disrespectful staff No working air conditioner - no ac and heater for cold weather at night. That split system was just making noise and nothing coming out of it either hot or cold air. When asked about this , the reception staff were so impolite and rude. Also the television was an old model digital TV which didn't even have a cast option in it. The staff stated this will be the room given to you if you book through external sites and we will not give you a change of room. Waste of money and we had to struggle that night. So we have to struggle with child all night in cold weather with no proper heating in the room. In the morning I got a runny nose and my kid started sneezing and having chills. So we have to pack up and leave soon before even the check out time. I would seriously not recommend this motel for anyone unless you want to try it.

I was given the wrong room were there was already a person there who was not happy when I walked in. Asked to phone a cab said he was too busy doing paperwork. Room smelt
