SEGood location in central Popayan. Good value. Clean and comfortable. Great to stay for 1-2 nights on your way between Colombia and Equador.
Hotel was great. Popayan as a destination didn’t really live up to expectations though. Lots of traffic, kinda desolate at night and not as beautiful as advertised. Good place to rest on a trip between Ecuador and Cali for example but not somewhere i would go out of my way to visit, though it did have a lot of great restaurants!
USGood location in the historic center. We booked a double room, but were given a huge room with four double beds overlooking the tile rooftops. Got to watch the sunset from the rocking chairs on the third floor balcony. Nice hot water shower with good water pressure. WIFI worked well. Good value for the price.
There's traffic noise in the historic center and the hotel has an inner courtyard (so TVs from other rooms can be heard easily). Bring ear plugs.

NLSpacious bright room, mine had a view over the roofs of Popayan and a balcony. Clean, good bathroom with hot water, comfy bed. Very nice owner. Good value for this price. I stayed longer than intended.

DEcentral location, its quite and good
IEDEIENLVery friendly owner, great location, clean hotel, near restaurants/cafes/breakfast places/important sights, 15-20 min walk to and from the busstation. Nicely decorated hotel and I felt very safe at night and during the day.
It would have been even better if breakfast was offered but it is obviously not a must. It was also weird that the bathroom did not have a window that could close, but that is okay. It is necessary in order to prevent mould or any weird smells in the bathroom. It needs to air.
