Everything, mice , broken AC , no soap , holes in blankets & curtains , dirty towels , dirty sheets.. worst hotel I ever stayed at in my life… the mice is what did it for me

It is the worst hotel that I have stayed in. I booked the hotel through the Booking app. Upon arriving and entering the reception, I already knew it was bad. There were flies, and it looked dirty. They gave us a room on the third floor, and everything was dirty. There was no shower curtain, they had not vacuumed, the walls had holes, and the lamps were broken. The stairs smelled of urine, and there were shopping carts in the hallways. I had to go down to ask them to change my room, and they gave me one on the first floor that was a little better, but the same. The beds were creaky, there were flies, and the bathroom fan was also broken. The air conditioning was broken. Sometimes a little money is worse. We ended up leaving the next day and lost a paid night. You could not sleep with flies and fruit flies!!It is the worst hotel that I have stayed in.
