"MICE AND BEDBUGS!"

NOTHING! They have bedbugs bugs AND mice.

EVERYTHING! The rooms had mold! Booking.com should be sued for promoting this active severe health hazard.

The place could have been cleaner trash everywhere in the stairwells even saw a mouse in the room no towel rack in the bathroom garbage on each floor in the corner of each floor I mean piles of garbage (place needs renovation ),the rooms were satisfactory. No ice machine microwave was filthy stay there for microwave was never cleaned. Staff washcloths, also carpet doesn't look like it's been vacuum

The whole place was dirty , when I came down to complain Several people was complaining about the room.

AIR CONDITIONS

Everything!!! The unit / Room needs more TLC !! everything about it just need a upgrade from the hole in the curtain to the feathers in the duvet cover just flying everywhere!! Please fix up because this got some potential
