Todo en general bien , buena ubicación

El único punto fue el desayuno mucha gente , probablemente domingo en la mañana, nos costó mucho conseguir una mesa, desayuno todas formas persona amable y muy buen desayuno

Más que no me gustó , tarea a mejorar ingreso más expedido a Casino , que no sea nescesario cada ves pedir en recepción un vale de ingreso ya que basta con mostrar pulsera

"Lovely hotel with nice amenities"

Lovely property with resort amenities, very unique setting . The service was excellent and friendly. The food at the restaurant was very good and the rooms were comfortable.

It’s quite expensive for what you get, the rooms had thin walls. Access to the museum and pool (without a minimum/reservation) should be included.

La ubicación y la arquitectura del lugar.

Realmente no hubo nada que no me haya gustado. La pasamos muy bien. Tal vez mejorar los tiempos de la cocina y la carta de la cena.

El alojamiento está en pleno centro de Santa Cruz, es muy lindo y acogedor.

El personal del restaurante tiene muy mala actitud, si uno pregunta algo no son amables, eso debe mejorar. El resto de personal de los demás sitios excelente
