An interesting hotel. Pleasant, a little dated, services such as shuttle, parking, limited choice breakfast were included in the price. Some disappointing aspects such as older tatered bedspread/comforter which was gross and ridiculous. It's in a great location to SFO airport and has a nice view of the bay and SFO landing area. Lots of free parking too. Overall a pretty good place.

Old tattered comforter was such a turn off. Threads hanging off it. Thin. Totally Gross! Why have that?! That one thing brought down the feel of the place tremendously! It's such a basic and inexpensive fix! The brochure and website photos don't really match the reality there as everything is a little more run down and dingey looking, as though the photos were taken 10 years ago and everything is older and dirtier now. For the price I paid I think they should do a little better regarding bedspread/comforter quality and carpet cleanliness. The large rug in the hotel entry is filthy, for example. The rugs need cleaning the bedspread/comforters need replacing. They shouldn't ever be using bedspread/comforters that are in such terrible tattered, disgusting condition. It looked like they dug it out of the trash bin behind a salvation army store...not exaggerating! That was such a turn off.

My King room was perfect. I like that this hotel is on the water and 6 minutes from the San Francisco airport. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, especially Arielle. Next door is a dim sum restaurant which was tasty.
