O quarto, a vista do terraço e a localização

Toalhas do banho péssimo tamanho, muito pequenas, áreas de fumadores muito restritas derivado ao tamanho total do edifício, fumadores são descriminados, alguns funcionários super antipaticos, ignoraram os clientes…

The reception staff were exceptional and helped us greatly thank you. The cleaning team work relentlessly and i didnt see a single issue and they continued all day without interfeering with the guests experience. The catering and service team were always polite and attaintive to individual needs.... Well done!

The fllor of the childrens play area with water slide and fountains was too abrasive or hard and my 1 year old cut his foot when crawling so they couldnt use it again. The surface could be of softer construction.
