Résidence Odalys Du Port

Emplacement idéal à 2 pas du lac à pied. L'océan est à 15 min de voiture. Le personnel très accueillant. Nous avons eu un souci avec le frigo, ils l'ont remplacé en un rien de temps. Les commerces à proximité ( courses, restau...) Des animations, marchés nocturnes.... Merci à l'équipe, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Il manquait juste le tapis de bain, mais on nous a donné plusieurs serviettes, ce qui nous a dépanné. Pour le reste, rien à dire.

La VMC trop bruyante lorsqu'on dort dans le canapé-lit, pas d'ascenseur, il manquait le grille pain

- Location. Lake, many restaurants just around the corner. Seaside is 13 km from Odalys.

- Staff. No communication from Odalys side. They did not answer to any questions of ours. After booking there was zero information where will be the key left etc. We were not sure if we will actually get the place although our booking was confirmed and payment was done. We arrived with 3 kids at 16 o'clock. The reception was closed and nobody was picking up the emergency number. Only Odalys central office in Paris helped us by phone. They told us our room number which appeared to be left open. Towels and bed linen were packed and left on kitchen table (photo attached). So we made our beds. The towels and bed-linen were clean. The next day, which was Thursday, reception complained to us for booking appartment on Wednesday because they do not work on Wednesdays. Lady in reception was rude, constantly unpleasantly interrupting us. - They do not make the beds since April 2025. So we had to make our beds by ourselves for 5 people. As all guests must do. - Bed-linen and towels are NOT INCLUDED in booking price, you need to pay extra once you arrive otherwise you must have your own bed-linen and towels. So for family of 5 it costs 140 eur extra. - For pets you also pay extra. - Once you arrive in order to get the key you need to pay deposit of 300 EUR. They return it after check out if nothing is ruined. - Official reception working hours does not mean they are actually working. They work on some days for some hours. - Kitchen was dirty. There were old dirty moldy dishes left in the dishwasher. There was awfull smell coming from it. Not enough kitchen utensils. - NO soap, dish washing liquid, only 1 roll of toilet paper (for 5 people). No coffee, tea - you will find NOTHING. - Check-in is only from 17 o'clock and check-out is at 10 o'clock which is very early comparing to other places we stayed in France.

Emplacement parfait, à deux pas du port et des commerces. Établissement à taille humaine, piscine très agréable et on trouve un transat libre à toute heure. Très belle vue sur le jardin, très calme. De très nombreuses activités à proximité.

Équipement de la cuisine un peu léger (pas de poêle ni de grille-pain). Tarif animal prohibitif (100 euros pour une semaine).

Personnel accueillant, situation proche de toutes activités

Studio accusant le poids des années. Canapé gigogne très inconfortable. Odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain désagréable

Emplacement à proximité du port d'Hourtin, des restaurants et des activités. La piscine est très agréable et le personnel très gentil. Plusieurs commerces au pied de la résidence permettent d'avoir l'essentiel à pied (boulangerie notamment)

Les camions de livraison ou poubelles passent quotidiennement vers 5h30 du matin et si vous avez un appartement côté parking vous êtes systématiquement réveillé.. Au moins on profite de la journée....
