Hotel Welschen Zermatt

Its the second time we have stayed there. Its ldeal for summer and winter. The staff are very friendly And the facilities are good . What is good for me is the choice of English tv is good to watch after a long day out. I highly recommended the hotel.

ホテルの敷地からマッターホルンが見れます。山側の部屋だとテラスからも見れますが、反対側の部屋でもホテルのお庭のソファーから見れます。 部屋は清潔で防音対策がなされてるらしく、非常に静かです。 駅から約5分、スネガ行ケーブル駅舎裏の高台です。エレベーター入口にホテルの看板があります。

Quite and a good place for relaxing during summer.

起床便見馬特洪峰，非常棒！早餐在落地窗旁邊吃邊欣賞馬特洪峰，很愜意！

Everything was excellent from my arrival to when I checked out. The front reception was very friendly and took the time to point out everything that might interest me on me stay. When I woke up late and arrived for breakfast after breakfast was over, the kind staff offered me breakfast anyway. And the view from Matterhorn view room was amazing! Easily one of the best views from any room in Zermatt, unless you want to spend significantly more money. There was construction, however, which obstructed the view during my stay, but I can't hold that against the hotel. Once the construction is over, and no ugly crane will be standing in the way, the view is amazing! It's very difficult for me to find anything to criticize about my stay. So I'll just leave you with I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if I could get the Matterhorn View room again.

離火車站約10分鐘距離、露台面對馬特洪峰(但入住時前方正有工程、部份景觀受阻)、早餐美味! 酒店雖然在山坡上，但是有個共用的電梯、但樓層內沒有電梯。要自行把行李搬上房間，但老板很好會主動幫忙搬行李，而走時更會開車送到火車站

Reception 的女士很好，阿女病了，幫忙打電話預約醫生！整間酒店設計很有瑞士風味！很喜歡酒店内的庭園。The reception lady is very helpful. She helped us to call doctor for my daughter in the very early morning. The hotel is full of Swiss style. I love the garden and it made me relax.
