"Justo lo que necesitabamos"

El desayuno fue variado y acorde a la tarifa cobrada. Para nosotros la ubicación excelente. Nos gustó la seguridad del hotel y la tranquilidad. Disfrutamos la piscina en una ocasión y fue relajante.

"Good location, but disappointing service and breakfast compared to our previous stay"

Esta es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el hotel con mi familia. La habitación era bastante espaciosa, han renovado el mobiliario y ahora se percibe más limpio. La ubicación sigue siendo muy conveniente para moverse por la ciudad.

En esta ocasión la experiencia fue inferior a la primera. Llegamos alrededor de las 12:00 pm y, aunque entiendo que el check-in es a las 3:00 pm, la persona en recepción ni siquiera intentó verificar si había habitaciones disponibles, como sí ocurrió en nuestra visita anterior. Simplemente indicó que el early check-in tenía un costo adicional de $33. La atención del personal en general fue bastante deficiente en comparación con la de hace aproximadamente un año. Además, el desayuno, aunque está incluido, fue muy decepcionante, tanto en calidad como en variedad.
