Chateau Tivoli B&B

Stayed 2 nights with my spouse and our 5-year-old son. We all had a wonderful time. Our son has several severe food allergies, and the staff were so kind and thoughtful in accommodating our needs. The building is beautiful and meticulously decorated and maintained. Our room (a ground floor suite) was spacious and clean and had lots of character. The room was also fairly accessible to me (I use a rolling walker) as it has its own street level entrance, and there’s a hallway near the door inside the suite where we could store my walker and a stroller. Breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese were great. We felt warmly welcomed and looked after. Would love to come back!

The house is charming and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are delicious. My only issue is that the bathroom in our room was small -- mainly there was no where to put anything. No place to hang up a towel, no where to set toiletries, etc. This is an old house so I get it but for those who need a more modern set up, this would not be the place for you. If you are driving be aware that parking on the street is challenging -- again - not the fault of the B&B -- just be aware.

Awesome vibe inside, got my leg day in for sure! Loved the view, close to amenities. Out of the entire city, it was my sons favorite spot.

This is a beautiful historic home in a quiet area of San Francisco, close to UCSF. I would definitely stay here again!

Kelly was a wonderful host and we loved our room. The high ceilings and the rich history of this place will knock you out. Our breakfast was delicious. This is a great way to experience SF.

The history of the Victorian was very interesting. Enjoyed the attention to the appointments.

It was a really nice stay, wish we stayed another night. The area was fantastic, the place was pleasant to be in! Would like to stay there again in the future.
