The master bed needs replacing and BBQ did work

Greatly enjoyed the week I spent at Red Pines. The condo had a king size bed, kitchen, two vanity areas, and bath. The living room was comfortable with a gas fireplace that was quite cheery and a sliding glass door on to a patio. WIFI and HD television was also available. In all, it was an inviting place to which to return after a day on the ski slopes.

This was for my daughters Sweet 16 birthday party. I got 1 room for her and 7 of her friends which was plenty of room and the amenities were plenty for 8 teenage girls. I also got another condo for me my wife and other kids to act as chaperones to the party. And my wife's reaction to the place was a two thumbs up. Everything was excellent. We will definitely be coming back.

5 day family trip to ski Park City. This was a great value and good quality place to stay.

My family recently stayed at the Red Pine Condominiums, Park City, Utah for the Christmas holidays. It was lovely and we had a great time in general. However, on Christmas morning, I sustained an injury on the bottom of my foot when walking into the kitchen, on the metal transition strip that separated the living room carpet and the kitchen linoleum. One of the grommets had holding down the transition strip was not tacked down completely on the right end. It caught the bottom of my sock, taking a chuck of flesh with it. I was really bummed that I wasn't able to ski with my family, due to the cut on the bottom of my foot, which was the whole purpose of the trip.

The upstairs loft has room for four people in two rooms. There are openings in the walls, so it is not as private as rooms. Both rooms share one bathroom which is in the first room. So the people in the second room have to enter the first bedroom to access the bathroom. If privacy is an issue, be forewarned. However, it is a great "slumber party" atmosphere for friends and kids. The stairs to the upstairs loft bedrooms are also very steep. The downstairs bedroom has an attached vanity with a door separating it from the bathtub/shower and toilet. There is also an extra vanity/sink next to the kitchen that can also access the bath/toilet. LOVED the fireplace, view, spaciousness. Can't beat the location, fresh air, beautiful scenery! Highly recommend as long as privacy/stairs are not an issue.

My wife and kids had a great time at this hotel. The only down side would be that their was no air conditioning. However, it was relatively cool during the time we were there. Another unfortunate thing that happened. They were remodeling other units and began their work at 7:30am. Which we all up to hammering and drilling.

Only thing that I was concerned about was a large mirror leaning against the wall in the entry way that kids could have knocked over and hurt themselves on. The activities close to the condo were great and our family had a great time.

The location is great, lots of things to do nearby. Older condo, but clean. Plenty of beds, slept 8. Flat screen tv with video hookups. Only downside is there is no AC, so if you come in summer, expect to be warm. Overall, would stay again.

We knew we got a great deal on this condo, but what we got for our money well exceeded our expectations. The area was so quiet and located right in between the outlet shopping area and downtown Park City. Very comfortable and quaint. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely find our way back there again.
