L’emplacement et l’accueil. Mon train est arrivé avec plus de 4 heures de retard après minuit et l’hôtel m’a accueilli sans problème à cette heure tardive. Il est évident que j’avais téléphoné avant pour les prévenir, ce qui est la moindre des politesses.
