Quality Suites Maumelle - Little Rock Northwest

We got the king size bed with a sofa bed. Planned on using the pull out sofa bed but when I pulled it out it had no sheets on the mattress and looked like mold and/or dirt was all over the mattress. The king size bed was fine and clean. The shower looked half way cleaned and TV remote battery was going dead; when I tried to call the front desk using the hotel phone it would not go through so I had to go there for pillows and blankets. The staff was friendly and great, but the overall quality of the stay was not in great and won’t be staying again.

Good location

The breakfast was poor some days no butter or no knifes had no bread for three days would not recommend staying if you like a good breakfast n

The staff was great and the cat that had its own little house by the front door was very friendly.

Room had a bad odor and carpet was in very bad shape.

The greatest check in person I have ever met is Robin. She went above and beyond to help me. She is a hard worker and a credit to the Quality organization.

Comfortable beds

Staff members were friendly but not well supported. Example: staff were apologetic to guests at breakfast because offerings already very limited and they were out of bowls, milk. Staff searched for other items through cabinets. Property needed a lot of maintenance. Had been painted recently but just painted over a lot of damage. Our room smelled like feet and cigarettes.
