Hallway flooring is unsafe due tofloating floor that are popping up.

LOVED THE PLACE AND LOCATION BUT THE WALLS WERE TOO THIN AND PEOPLE IN NEXT ROOM WERE NOISEY ALL NIGHT LAUGHING, ETC. i COULD NOT SLEEP.

In my opinion, I was given a smoking room for non smoking. I am disabled, second floor without an elevator is not for me. No help with my carry on; it was hard for me.

$110 a night for a small room & 2 very uncomfortable double beds. It was a cleanish room with an updated nice bathroom. But plan to wake up with a back ache. And multiple people hanging around the parking lot all night. I didnt have any issues personally. But it makes you feel uncomfortable. I didnt see any bugs so that's a plus.

My assigned room did not have refrigerator. I asked front desk, he gave me a shared refrigerator in another building. I hope manager check the room before giving key.

Horrible rude customer service. They keep the rooms so dirty . Floors never are shampooed they just keep them dirty for the next guest . If you have asthma STAY AWAY , the rooms are loaded with cigarette smell. There was a roach on my food from the night before when I woke up . Like honestly I am getting this place shut down . The lady at the front desk had the nerve to say I was lying about cold water in my shower , M’AM HAVE YOU LOOKED AT THE CONDITION OF YOUR ROOMS ?!?! Filthy human beings running this place . Pretty sure the manager is a recovering addict . Shut this hell hole down

Homeless shelter roaches NO WIFI watsoever dirty dirty dirty

Dirty floors , cold water , moldy AC units , cigarette smells all in your clothes . There is NOTHING good about this motel . Please do not stay here if you care about your health . LAST TIME EVER !!!! And after I told the lady I couldn’t shower before work because of cold water she told me “ well you choose to come back here “ like what the actual hell are you talking about ?!! FIX YOUR DUSTY MOTEL AND STOP CHARGING PEOPLE MONEY FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I will be suing this company . Good luck
