The Garden House

I have no idea why anyone would say this place isn't clean. It's squeaky clean, I made a point out of checking, including under the bed. Speaking of the king bed, it was the most ridiculously comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a b&b. The room was cozy and small but there was enough space for everything I needed. I truly appreciated the welcome pack, a cute document containing everything you need to know. They even give you a cute map showing exactly how to get to your door. Parking is easy peasy in the church parking lot. Communication is also swift and easy and everyone I've talked to at the property has a lovely attitude. Breakfast was delicious! Coffee is great. Location is perfect. I tried to think of something I didn't like and couldn't come up with anything. Perfect value for money.

Well, this isn't really about the property itself but be warned: there are roosters screaming their head off all over the place in Key West. They start at 5 am. They stop when you give up any hope of getting back to sleep. Bring earplugs.

The personal interactions and services.

Beautiful garden, pool area, but too small for more than 4 people to share. The room’s electrical outlets are not very convenient, and the rooms are not very soundproof.
