Travelodge by Wyndham Williamsburg Colonial Area

I like the comfortable bed, and the room size, the big flat screen TV, Wi-Fi connection, the room temperature, the refrigerator size and microwave, plus the location is closer to my new job.

The bathroom is a tight space with just a full shower with bathtub and a toilet. The bathroom sink is next to it, on the other side of the door in a small open space, which has an open closet type rack to hang up your clothes.

Nothing the staff was rude

Location, Location, Location and the room was large. Parked under a roof for parking.

Asked for non-smoking room for my wife but it smelled like cigarettes. Elevator was filled with smoke from pot. Room was a lot less than desirable. Bed was hard as a rock. Price for room didn't meet the quality. Also lacked a continental breakfast and coffee in the rooms. Coffee was only offered in the morning and downstairs. (A parked car had penises drawn in the dust on the vehicle underneath the car port where you parked. A joke I get it, but not a good look for a business, and it looked like it's been there for weeks.) Take care of all the minor issues and maybe we'll return.

The room was full of roaches of all sizes. I had to shake my bags prior to leaving to remove several roaches. They swarmed around the table and any cups that were sat down in the room and several were on the beds.

I went all afternoon, evening and night until check out the next day without being able to watch TV. The power cord was missing from the tv. I called and asked if one could be brought to my room the woman said yes I stayed up for about an hour and a half no one showed I finally dozed off for 4hrs I called again seeing no one had came by and was told I should have called back 2hrs ago and that maintenance was gone...
