I would like to commend the staff at New Coast Hotel Manila. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I would like to point out a few who were exceptional: Michelle and Romelyn from housekeeping. They were both outstanding and professional with their work to provide all my in-room amenities. Then from the concierge there was Ced, who was just amazing. He made my stay at New Coast the most enjoyable. He accommodated all my transportation needs, and all personal requests with the utmost importance. Overall, there's no other hotel I'll be staying at. New Coast is like a home away from home.
