the property is beautiful and the location is perfect/super convenient. love all of the full length windows, so much natural light and an amazing view !

one shower didn’t work(it was fixed on our day 3), another had odd water pressure, the refrigerator leaked water until the floor every day and the bathrooms/showers could have been cleaner upon arrival. Also, when they say bring blankets they mean it. sheets and thin blankets are on your beds but if you are one to get cold you will want a blanket.

Location of the property. The security of the property. The beach access and the cleanliness of the suite. The rolling carts are always a plus. I like that it's a keyless entry into the suites. The property has improved outside near the waterfall area since last year.

The cable in the living room area was not working the first night, however it was resolved the next day. It only needed a signal sent to the cable box but it wasn't discovered until 7:30pm and maintenance left at 7pm. The beds were not that comfortable, I think its time for new mattresses in all the rooms. The living room furniture and the outside furniture is worn out.

Very spacious condo, plenty of towels, very clean

Couple of drains stopped up and the two sliding doors were very hard to open

more beach chairs per room if more than one room
