City Résidence Termalia

Pour 1 nuit est heureusement, l’impression générale c’est soit la prison soit une maison de retraite bloquée dans les année 1990....impression très glauque. Studio simple, confort spartiate avec le minimum à tout niveau. Literie à revoir, pas de rideau de douche à la baignoire donc de l’eau partout et des chiffons accrochés à la fenêtre en guise de rideaux. Seule dans la résidence à cause du COVID les thermes qui attirent les curistes sont à l’arrêt. Le seul point positif c’est le tarif mais heureusement car cela ne vaut pas plus...je suis très souvent à l’hôtel en déplacement professionnel alors mes critiques ne sont pas des caprices.

Circonstances particulières (fin d'année 2020 et couvre-feu = j'étais le seul client de l'hôtel) => malgré cela, le gérant de la propriété a été très professionnel et le logement que j'ai eu était fort bien vu le prix (spacieux, coin cuisine, literie OK, bain etc)...

Très bon séjour dans cette résidence.Appartement propre avec draps fournis ,au calme .Patron très sympa et à l’écoute....bref tout s’est bien passé

The place is kept clean. The staff (Pierre) us courteous and helpful. Averall was very happy with the experience. Would strongly recommend. The only hiccup was the studio I rented was located right across the town's disco, and the music, especially the bass sounds, could be heard/felt until the wee hours of the morning. I'd definitely go back, but I'd make sure I'd get a room well away from the disco.

The hotel is an absolute shambles, awful. It has the appearance of an establishment abandoned by the staff. A large collection of dead, drying bugs can be seen along all window sills. The place was in a strange twilight when we arrived at 1415hrs, all lights off and doors locked. There were a number of confused guests hanging about hoping to be checked in. Eventually Pierre checked us in (about an hour after we arrived & 45 mins after we spotted his number on the door). Pierre was lovely. Our room was grim, nothing was particularly clean, no one wanted to touch any surface. Any Bottom (tv program) fans reading would no doubt find the place resembles Guesthouse Paradiso. All things considered, the place is wildly overpriced, dingy and depressing. Anyway, we bailed and stayed at the beautiful Chateau Barbe (highly recommended) instead; great decision!
