We chose this hotel specifically because it offers a paid underground parking facility, expecting at least a basic level of security. Instead, we experienced the exact opposite. During our stay, our car was broken into in the hotel’s underground parking, and our belongings were stolen. This happened in an area the hotel charges extra for, which should imply responsibility and proper security measures. What was even more shocking was the reaction of the staff. The administrator simply shrugged, told us that the police “would not come,” and refused to provide access to the CCTV footage. There was no real assistance, no attempt to address the situation, and no support for the guests. In reality, the hotel: – does not ensure safety in its paid parking area – takes no responsibility for incidents – does not assist in any investigation (refusal to provide video footage) – leaves guests alone with serious problems This is completely unacceptable at any level of service. If you are traveling by car and expect a safe place to park, I strongly do not recommend this hotel. What happened to us could happen to anyone.

The apartment was a long-term smokers’ apartment and, although it was indicated to be non-smoking, there was this everlasting smell in the apartment, that didn’t disappear even after opening all windows for over an hour.

Ну что я хочу сказать. Что заплатили, то и получили. Отель во Франции, в трех метрах от этой ненормальной Швейцарии, где такой же уровень отелей был за 400 евро, я сам видел, а мы заплатили 90. Так что жаловаться не на что, тем более, что все было чистенько, скромненько, с двумя спальнями, что нам было принципиально, получили сообщение с информацией о заселении, сами себя запустили, короче все отлично. Единственное что я так и не понял что там с парковкой, на улице все было занято, мы проехали чуть дальше и там была парковка с бесплатной стоянкой на ночь (насколько мы поняли). Мы приехали в 22.00 и уехали в 8 утра, так что для нас было ОК.Ну и бензин на этой стороне границы на 20% дешевле, чем в Швейцарии, так что всё хорошо. И не забудьте помыть за собой посуду и вынести мусор!
