Sehr sauberes Hotel. Die Zimmer ausreichend groß etwas altmodisch, aber gemütlich. Das Essen war von guten Qualität und lecker. Die Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Wir waren zu einem Adventswochenende im Hotel und nutzten Räumlichkeiten im 3ten Stock. Beim Betreten des Hotels aus der Tiefgarage wurden wir von einer warmherzigen Atmosphäre umfangen, die sich mit einem warmherzig-freundlichen Empfang an der Rezeption fortsetzte... und bei diesem Umgang blieb es für die gesamte Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes! Die Hotellage unmittelbar am Schlosspark hat uns gut gefallen, natürlich auch im Hinblick auf die fußläufige Erreichbarkeit von Schloss, Museum und Altstadt! Unsere Hotelräume waren sehr sauber und zeigten nahezu keine Gebrauchsspuren! Alle Begegnungen mit den Menschen, die dort arbeiten, egal ob beim Zimmerservice, der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder im Wellnessbereich fanden in einer lockeren freundlichen Atmosphäre statt. Wir fühlten uns wohl.

Wir hätten gerne eine begehbare Dusche gehabt!
