"Quiet oasis in sleepy Juan Les Pins"

Perfectly fine hotel room. This hotel does have smoking and non smoking rooms so ensure you specify your choice. The hotel is an older property that has had a soft refurbishment. Blankets on the beds appear to have been forgotten as part of the make over - a duvet would be more 2017. Breakfast is really where the 3 star rating shows. Not worth staying in the hotel for. Would recommend this hotel.

Big room, fairly close to the town. Feels like an old age home there somewhat, because it is also a residence, but not bad.

"Srelitzias arewilting"

A night here was disappointing.Room needs upgrading.Shower small.Maid knocked ondoor TWICE , Woke me up.Maid also knocked to see if I was leaving.Did not Take breakfast.Tea making equipment was OK but powdered milk was off.No pool.Reception was helpful when I arrived.When I left receptionist was not helpful and had a superior manner.

"A array in Juan le' Pin France"

An extremely convenient location, less than a ten minute walk to the beaches in Juan Le' Pin a town adjoining Antibes France. The location is unique sine it is sequestered behind a park keeping traffic noise non existent. Breakfast was great and dinner was well prepared. Staff were congenial and helpful.

What a wondeful hotel in a wonderful neighborhood! Very close to the Juan Les Pins beach and right in town with wonderful boutiques, patisseries, and great restaurants. The train station is also a very short walk. We can't say enough good things about the hotel''s service, comfort, and location.

Good contact with hotel prior to arrival. Shuttle arranged which worked extremely well. Pleasant park on the square in front of the hotel, easy walk to the shops and beach.
