Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Middleton - Madison West

This is a great place to stay with the family. Safe and felt comfortable, very clean.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly. It was located in a Business Park. The downside for me was that I used a car service to get to the hotel in the late evening and didn’t plan for a meal. The hotel didn’t have any evening dining options and the hotel wasn’t really located in an area within late evening walking distance to get food. I should have checked into it or planned better before I arrived at the hotel.

quiet rooms, nice breakfast

This property is ok. Rooms unfortunately aren't sound proof. Our toilet was filthy (took pics but don't have the option to post). The front desk staff @ check in didn't speak much English so when asked if there was a Kohl's close by he instead stated our room number. Breakfast was cold and unappetizing. At checkout when I asked for a receipt showing there were no room charges, because they put a $25 hold on my CC, the staff member insisted they didn't need to give me a receipt because of reserving through Expedia. The property overall is placed in a great area with plenty of parking/food options close by and the grounds are well maintained.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was over crowded with too many people sitting visiting. We had to stand to eat.

Bathroom and bed was uncomfortable

Have stayed here several times in the past year. Always clean and quiet, nice breakfast.
