"Night staff a large black man was horrible. I am a black man so this is not me be being racist."

Clean and breakfast was good.

When I checked in with my service dog at 1800 Hrs the guy who checked me in was good & professional. When I returned from an event later in the evening there was a new person who began to challenge me after taking my dog out for a break. He was rude and disrespectful and scared my animal. He even threated to charge me an additional 150.00 dollars from my service animal. I am a 100 percent disabled veteran with PTSD. I travel a lot and have Never had anyone treat us like that! The night guy needs a new job.

The staff here are always wonderful! Diamond was a great help and super friendly. The shower could use some updating, new shower head and better shower curtain. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and the room was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent area. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and continental breakfast was good. Plenty of places to shop and dine.
