Clean, delicious coffee and water always available. We had a couple of room issues that were fixed and taken care of right away. Spa pricey, but excellent. Loved the hot tub and location. Although not in season we enjoyed the private beach and the lake’s proximity to the resort.

Room gas fireplace keep shutting off and sink faucet fell off requiring fixing. Room and bathroom very clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff.

Layout of the hotel is just weird - after entrance to hotel you walk through the back of house offices Jimmys restaurant menu is far too pretentious and there isnt a smaller room service menu - you can only order from the main dinner menu Bottled water is $12 which for an expensive hotel is just money grabbing tactics
