Possibilité de laisser les valises dans une luggage room sécurisée Accès au All Inclusive malgré les heures de check-in (14h) et de check-out (11h) Nombreuses animations en journée et en soirée avec une équipe motivée Complexe bien équipé avec 2 piscines (eau de mer et eau douce à 24°C), un terrain de tennis, un terrain de volley et une salle de fitness Le buffet est servi à des horaires flexibles (7h30-10h / 13h-15h / 18h30-21h) + un snack en matinée et l'après-midi + un autre le soir = le GRILL Bonne diversité de la nourriture et des boissons Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées avec un balcon sans vis-à-vis et un petit salon Proximité de l'océan à < 200m à pieds et < 10min du bus n°40 pour l'aéroport

Parking public gratuit mais il peut-être difficile de trouver des places Les serviettes pour la piscine et les coffre-fort sont payants Au buffet, les tables sont pour 8 personnes donc on est souvent obligé de partager notre repas avec d'autres personnes

Friendly and welcoming staff and a great location for accessing all of Tenerife and los cristianos. The on site entertainment team worked hard and were very engaging. Food and drink offering was perfectly acceptable, and particularly convenient to self serve throughout the day.

The allocated room (Laguna) was fine. It was a long way from reception and main facilities though, and on the 2nd floor and there is no lift present. This did not affect me personally but would have been annoying if a lot of luggage or lack of mobility.

The breakfast was very good and food overall was better than i hoped for the staff was very friendly and nice except when we checked in they were grumpy so my first thought was this is not going to be nice 12 days but it was only the first greeting wich was grumpy after that fantastic🤠 location is i would say one of the best in playa las americas. Their garden is very nice and relaxed with all kind of animals and turtles and fish in the ponds they have in the garden my room was good with very nice walkin shower and big balcony

The internet is not good sometimes it did work at all so its better to use 5G they say usually that they have good wifi but its not the case other than that we were happy with our stay

Essen war sehr gut. Lage am Zentrum auch. Gärten und kleiner Tierpark waren schön angelegt. Pizza war sehr gut und immer frisch im Steinofen gebacken. Poolanlage war sehr sauber. Hab zwar keine Kinder aber ich denk für Kinder ist das wirklich super. Restaurant abends im Garten

Morgens schon immer die gleiche Animateur Musik, die man nach dem ersten Mal schon nicht mehr hören kann. Die Wasseranlage von den Teichen geht nachts alle 10 Minuten an und macht laute Geräusche. Kann am Zimmer im EG gelegen haben aber es war nervig. Ruhig ist es im Zimmer nicht wirklich. Dessert war jeden Tag das gleiche. Milchreis, Mousse au Chocolat, Kuchen und Eis.

Rigtig fint sted med dejlig poolområde.

Meget støj og trængsel i det store restaurant. Stort set ingen variation fra dag til dag i maden
