Senses Violett Suites - Adults Only

My time in Zell am See was unforgettable, and a big part of that is thanks to the wonderful experience I had at Senses Violett Suites. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The hospitality was outstanding—every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the entire atmosphere was calm, elegant, and inviting. I want to especially thank Alex 2, who went above and beyond every single day. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference in our stay. He was always there with a smile, helpful suggestions, and a genuine kindness that made us feel truly at home. A big thank you also to Chef Mara, whose cooking was simply amazing—each dish was full of flavor and heart. And of course, to Anastasia, the lovely owner, whose vision and personal care are felt in every corner of the hotel. Senses Violett isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience that makes Zell am See even more special. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, peace, and exceptional hospitality.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were fabulous and it was designed and decorated very nicely . This is without a doubt one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Alex (owner), Alex (chef), Anastasia and the whole staff were friendly and treated us as family. The breakfast was delicious especially the freshly baked croissant. You have your own parking spot, very quiet and classy Neighbourhood, Free wifi. I am pretty sure that I will come back and book the larg family suite next time.

المكان نظيف وتصميم راقي ورهيب خصوصًا السويت المطل. الغرف وسيعة ومريحة جدًا والإطلالة رائعة للغاية. المواقف مجانية عبارة عن جراج داخلي. يوجد شطاف. الموظفين ودودين للغاية بالأخص الشيف أليكس 2 والشيف مارا وينبهون بخصوص الأكل الحلال والحرام. والسيدة أنستازيا والسيد 1 أصحاب المكان أيضًا محترمين ويشرحون كل شيء من البداية.

ما فيه غلاية ولكن فيه بالجراج آلة قهوة وتقدر تاخذ موية حارة ب30 سنت. المكان مرتفع وبعيد عن السنتر 15-20 دقيقة مشي والنزول سهل بينما الصعود صعب جدًا لذلك ما أنصح النزول على الأقدام.

I stayed at this hotel and my experience was excellent. The reception was great, and the lady, who is the owner’s wife, was very kind and showed us all the facilities in detail with care. The room was very spacious, large, and incredibly clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the chef (Mr. X) was extremely professional and put great effort into preparing the food. He was also very friendly and polite with us. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to Zell am See center. I really liked everything, and this will definitely not be my last visit to this hotel.

Bett war ein wenig zu weich - ist aber Geschmacksache

المكان مريح جدًا وبعيد تمامًا عن الإزعاج، كانت رحلة استجمام رائعة قضيتها مع زوجتي. الفندق جميل من حيث التصميم والنظافة، لكن يُؤخذ عليه نقطة مهمة: ما فيه موظفين متواجدين طوال اليوم. من الساعة 5 مساءً إلى 9 صباحًا ما تلاقي أحد في الاستقبال، فخذ هذا الشيء بعين الاعتبار إذا كنت تحتاج لأي خدمة خلال هذه الفترة

الإفطار محدود جدًا: كروسان، فطاير، أجبان، وبيض. والبيض يتكرر يوميًا، فقط يغيّرون طريقته—يوم مسلوق ويوم أومليت. الكافي حاطين مكينة تحت القهوة 3 يورو الغسيل حاطين غسالة المره الواحده اللي تغسل فيها 3 يورو اللي لاحظته إن صاحب الفندق صارم جدًا بخصوص وقت الإفطار. إذا جيت قبل ما ينتهي الوقت بـ10 دقائق، حتى لو كنت موجود أنت وغيرك من النزلاء، ما يعطيك شيء! حصلت قدامي: كنت أفطر، وكان فيه مجموعتين من العرب ما يعرفون بعض، وصلوا وباقي 10 دقائق على نهاية الإفطار، رفض يضيفهم، وقال لهم بالحرف “سوري، الوقت انتهى”. المزعج إن الفندق مو رخيص أبدًا، والتعامل هذا ما كان في المستوى
