"Rude and disrespectful staff !"

The location

The check in person was extremely rude. I was not able to go and it was just my husband and daughter. We booked it in my name. He told them he cannot provide the room as it isn’t under my husbands name. No solutions provided . Finally I figured out that I needed to change the guest name in the booking via the app. A simple enough solution. But he was rude and outright disrespectful. He said will an airline let you fly on some one else’s ticket. Absolutely ridiculous service. When I spoke to him saying I am sick so I am not there the booking is for three people and two of them are there he just wasn’t ready to have any of that. He was rude, angry and wouldn’t provide a solution. Told me to figure it out with booking.com !

"I chose this place because of the great reviews so I was disappointed."

The location was great.

I had booked a 2 bedroom suite with 2 king beds that said it was for 4 people.I accidentally put 2 adults on my reservation but when booking the room it clearly said room was for 4 people. I was told I had to pay an extra charge per person because I didn’t put 4 people and one infant on the reservation. I explained it was a mistake and she did not care. She stated if I had of put 4 adults and an infant it would have never Let me book the room. I did go back and try to book it as 4 adults and 1 infant and it came up available.I was told to contact booking.com. So that was frustrating.Also one of the TV’s in the room did not work. I was unable to shower because I could not turn the water on in the shower, this was the next morning after the TV stopped working. I was so disappointed we just packed up and left.
