TEVA Valley Resort

Teva is located in the middle of no where! It’s a nice clean hotel with staff not really helpful. There is no tourist information available at this hotel! We aspect more tourist information at a resort more then anywhere! I will only stay here if I am driving myself as there are no taxis or any other public transportation available. Also there is no food after 8:30 pm, if anyone is a late eater bring yourself some food! The hotel it self is very beautiful and clean! Me and my husband have been in Thailand since the past 2 weeks, we have been going from town to town, each hotel have given us free upgrade to a nicer room with good views except at this hotel, even though they had no one else at the hotel it was just the 2 of us and one more family. Little things make one happy and makes your travel more memorable but here the staff were very cold and turned us down on everything we asked. If any one of you out there are looking for superior service go somewhere else and stay closer to town!

Room is big and clean. Very comfortable stay

While there was no fault with the facilities and cleanliness of the place, front counter staff could be better trained in communication. Was informed at check-out that 2 of our rooms needed to compensate for dirtying the bedsheet. We were certain that we did not do that and asked him to show us the evidence. He could not do that and told us that we could leave. I am not sure if there was any lost in translation but it was an unpleasant end to the stay.

This property is maintained very well. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is great. Good value

Excellent hotel. Beautiful view watching the sunset. Pool very nice and bed super comfy. Restaurant food very nice and for breakfast I like the fact you can order a la carte. The bar also makes a good margherita ,

The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. The property is also perfect. 10/10 experience.

Facilities are good, the pool is great for lounging as it’s in the sun most of the day. Although it’s out of town a bit both the onsite and neighboring restaurant are great. A couple of great sites to visits are nearby (hour walk so having transport is required)

Could use a couple of pedal bikes and there are some sites to see that are a bit of a walk.
