Staff was good. Great customer service.

Location was okay, but didn't feel safe due to people hanging outside. Our room had a strong smell of cigarette. I opened the windows and spray stuff and it briefly went away but in the morning we could still smell it.

Gave me a room that someone was using at the time, we both had dogs and thankfully our dogs didn't try and go after each other when the door was opened since neither of us was prepared for that happening.

"Sauberes, großes Zimmer – aber leider extrem hellhörig"

Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm groß. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt okay und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt grundsätzlich ausreichend.

Leider waren die Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Man konnte von beiden Seiten das Fernsehprogramm der Nachbarzimmer deutlich mithören – teilweise die ganze Nacht. Dadurch war an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken. Außerdem liegen die Flure praktisch im Freien; es gibt keinen geschlossenen eigenen Eingangsbereich, sondern man betritt die Zimmer direkt über die außenliegenden Flure. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay, aber wegen der starken Hellhörigkeit leider nicht wirklich erholsam.
