Definitely the distance to the beach from the hotel, so nice to have a hotel property right on the beach. The pools were nice as well and restaurant/bar has good quality food especially local cuisine. The staff team at THE LOOKOUT RESTAURANT were amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure their guests enjoy the food. The hotel room is very unique, spa feel environment the minute you walked into the room.

The bed was a little too firm and the room AC water kept dripping.

Loved everything, especially the pools, the beach, and the wonderful staff. Especially the older gentleman Thandi I think his name is. So attentive and helpful. Thank you sir you are a big asset for the hotel.

All the staff were amazing but one guy didn’t seem too happy. Didn’t catch his name but he always seemed angry. Especially at the Thursday night steak dinner event.
