Beautiful location

Great relaxed family atmosphere, superbly attentive and capable staff resulting in a top class experience for young and not so young. We enjoyed two fabulous dinners at the clubhouse where we were greeted by the family run resort's owner who, from our chat, was clearly personally invested in providing the best possible experience for his guests.

The traffic management in the resort's central area needs a rethink. Otherwise, nothing.

WARNING - there are hostile staff in this hotel, in particular Corine in the breakfast area. She was hostile and verbally agressive to our family without provocation. she tried to separate our family from other guests and place us in a different area saying we were ‘noisy’. They also have some inhospitable policies including only providing two paper coffee cups for the entire stay and some staff have informed us their policy was only to provide 4 Nescafé sachets for the entirety of our families stay. On raising our concerns the management have frankly ignored them. Very disappointing experience.

only the facilities for children on site

We have many issues to complain about ! firstly the staff attitude was poor when we complained. we felt their approach was basically mean when we asked for more coffee sachets in our rooms and a member of staff came to tell us we were rationed to 2 a day which did not please husband who spent a lot of time in his room. The next issue was the quality of the standard room which lacked coffee facilities totally whilst my son had this in the premium room upstairs. When we realised this , as well as small bed size and small TV on arrival we asked if we could upgrade and they said no as we booked via booking . com and we felt this was rather inflexible The next issue left us very uncomfortable! the head waitress complained to my son after day one of breakfast, where we were a table of 7 in total with 3 young children of 3,7 and 8 years that we were too loud and noisy and she wanted us to eat separately on day 2 in the next room !!! which my son felt was quite unjustified. Without sounding pompous, we 4 adults are all professional adults and never in my many years of travel has anyone raised this as problematic. We really started to think this head waitress was racist when she started to hand out free soft toys to other children in the restaurant whilst our 3 children looked on disappointed I have never given a poor review before on this App and I travel often as a genius member but this experience left us self conscious and angry that the staff were so defensive and inflexible to its customers

the worst service ever.

be careful of hotel staff, she’s very proud and rude, she won’t help you solve any problems. the worst experience in my life, before we came back each year, because of her bad service, we won’t come back again

Stayed many times always happy with service and location.

Comfortable bed, good shower room with great water pressure. We liked the little patio area outside with garden chairs. Staff all very friendly and helpful. The pool is fabulous.

The room was well located, clean and comfortable. However, for over €100 a night I had expected more - clothes storage was limited to one small wardrobe with hangers and some shelves (no drawers), there was no room safe, no in-room tea/coffee making facilities. When I asked at reception a small kettle (but no cups!) was put in the room.
