The Buckingham Hotel

Location was great but I can see how it would be troublesome for those not from the area. 10-15 minute walk to all the main shops/attractions/restaurants for downtown. Rooms are very spacious with excellent views. Breakfast was great too with a good choice each morning. Felt extremely secure and comfortable staying here, and can’t beat the value! All the staff were very friendly and helpful too.

The tv remote in our room didn’t work very well but we weren’t too bothered.

Great view. Interesting location. Great staff.

Really bare bones breakfast options

King one bedroom suite was large, clean and comfortable. Good location near all loop activities.

Lobby and check in area a bit dated. Room wasn’t ready until about an hour after stated check in time.

The view and the customer service was amazing and what we enjoyed most during our stay.

We did not enjoy the ac system. Our first night here was actually hot and seemed impossible to cool off. Also the bed was pretty hard but my husband seemed to enjoy it.

We got stuck in Chicago after our plane was delayed and booked this spot last minute. Quick walking distance from a metro station and the service was top notch. The room was so comfortable I was sad to leave!

A bit expensive, I guess, but it’s Chicago and it was very last minute.

Incredible views from the 40th floor.

Lack of signage for the hotel, which is on the top floor of an office tower, was confusing.

מלון בעל עיצוב שמרני מיושן בגורד שחקים ריק למחצה מעל הבורסה של שיקגו. ארוחת בוקר מבישה: אמנם אמורה להיות 'קונטיננטאלית' אבל - בשרות עצמי /צלחות חדפעמיות/כוסות חד פעמיות/מבחר מינימלי של מוצרים לארוחת בקר/אין אחראי .
