Close to M6 junction

Dark and dingy room with small bed for couple. The evening bar menu was poor with many items ‘not available’. The staff tried their best but the whole hotel/pub felt rundown and in need a a complete overhaul.

"It was okay, probably wouldn’t come back"

Location.

Rooms are a little bit tired, and grotty. No coat hangers, the fan in the bedroom didn’t work, the bed was hard, the bathroom could do with deep cleaning, dirty grout and nail varnish stains on the toilet seat. Receptionist greeted us but looked like she couldn’t be arsed.

"Good overall"

Nice restaurant, had a tasty meal. Amazingly clean bathroom.

Very disappointing overcooked English Breakfast (all 3 of us in the party!) Room was airless & there seemed to be no way to open a window.

Great location. We stayed half board, £25 spend for evening meal which was unexpected. Breakfast in the morning was excellent.
