"Poor value for money"

Good location for communiting

Standard of room, I booked a deluxe room with river view. Our room lacked both. The required some TLC. The member of staff that checked us in made us feel uncomfortable with his mannerism. The service of breakfast was slow and no staff was around to check out.

A very pleasant dog friendly accommodation near nice walks and close to m6. But the most amazing thing was super friendly staff.

Room was fine but a little bit more Tlc tidy up would be fab.

"Worst stay I’ve had"

Quaint

Staff and mostly food , upon arrival Ian although funny and eccentric complained about the management . Ordered a drink at the bar and paid for it but then another customer turned up and instead of pouring my drinks took their money and poured theirs first 🤷‍♂️Ordered steak medium rare but got a steak like leather that was cooked on one side but the other side didn’t see any heat so can only imagine it was oven or grill cooked . Could barely chew it but was starving . Breakfast was no better , waited over an hour for over cooked bacon , anemic sausage and raw bacon . I’m not one to complain normally but the large table were at this stage laughing about the food saying the sausages looked like they walked past the kitchen ! Made faulty towers look professional
