"Bed bugs infected "

I will start with the clear message, stay away! we discovered our room was infested with bed bugs all over the bed head. We did physically see one on our last night, however after we had some rush in our skin since the past days. But after seeing the bed bug in the wall, it all matched. We moved the bed away from the wall and there was a full plague from large to small and thousands of eggs. It was horrific to know we’ve been sleeping in such conditions. And did they do anything to help up? Certainly not! As it was in the night, there was just a person answering the phone for any request/question, who did not help us all. Only mentioned she would pass the issue with someone else from the company and would give us a call back in the next 15 mins. An hour later we decided to phone them back after we cleared all our staff and place it somewhere higher over tables in the living room and planning what could we do next. She picked the phone to tell us they were sorry, they were fully booked and could not do anything. Leaving us stranded in the middle of the night. Thankfully we spent some hours going to a hospital as one of our party members, pregnant, was severely bitten by the bugs. Hotels.com reallocation team could not help us either being that late at night. Nevertheless to keep the story shorter, we were glad we were leaving the apartment in the morning and proceeded with a higher complaint. Also as we cleared the bed sheets and pillow cases we discovered the incredible dirt
