Double charged my card, almost wasn't able to get a room cause the booking agéncy messed stuff up as well as the motel receptionist took me 2mhours to finally get everything straightened out

fast reservation booking online, that online offers military diiscount, in person at the motel they do not.

1) A few things I reserved a room with a fridge and microwave neither were in my room. 2) I was double charged for my room to my credit card..

Nothing just got on time and was useful for immediate stay

Location, safety, and staff is bolstering I told her heater is not there am feeling cold she said she will come and fix it she didn’t I called her again she didn’t picked call
