The perfect family vacation! 🌟 The staff made us feel so welcome, and there was never a dull moment with all the daily shows, performances, and discos. The food selection was incredible and super delicious. Plus, the property itself is gorgeous—spacious grounds, beautiful plants, and excellent hiking paths. We’re already dreaming of our next visit. The huge area of the complex allows guests to never feel overwhelmed by the thousands of visitors staying there. An excellent feature is the adults-only beach area, which offers peace and quiet. The cabanas located in the grove are also a fantastic idea! The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the desserts were truly impressive. The only thing that was not up to the expected standard was the coffee. What impressed me the most was how quickly and efficiently the staff worked. We never had to wait for a table to be cleaned! The rooms were cleaned daily and to a very good standard.

The service at the reception desk, and more specifically the staff responsible for providing information, could have been better. The explanation about how the taxi fares are charged was not very clear. In my opinion, the sign showing the taxi prices is misleading and should be changed. At the kids’ club, I noticed that when I left my son there and requested to sign a declaration allowing him to leave on his own, the staff omitted some important information. The main form included my name and contact phone number, but on the additional form they only asked for my name, whether the child could swim, and whether he had any allergies. I asked how they would connect the information from the first form with the declaration.
