Holiday Inn Express & Suites Weatherford by IHG

The staff was very friendly, & accommodating being the Motel is being remodeled. The room was nice.

If Jewish or Muslim the breakfast options are extremely limited. The eggs all had pork mixed in with the eggs. So you have to eat an apple, or a bowl of cereal. After suggesting to the clerk that they may want to offer eggs without pork as an option, she said that they do not control the menu.

Staff was nice.

Had to cancel the room because it was undisclosed that they were doing renovations. The plaster smell was everywhere and would bother my friend with severe asthma if we had stayed. Staff gave a full refund wich was nice but they said if we had got a non-refundable room then they wouldn't have given our money back. Thank God we did. Outrageous!

Room was very nice and clean. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was better than expected. Thought it was only continental breakfast but was eggs, sausages, potatoes, biscuits & gravy plus other things. Within walking distance to very good and reasonably priced Italian Restaurant. Friendly staff at front desk.

Can always count on quality with comfort suites

Hotel was right off the highway. Staff was kind and courteous. Breakfast was good.

Only complaint was the mattresses were too firm so I didn’t sleep well.

The entire place was a wreck as it is being heavily remodeled. Few amenities were actually available, in particular the morning breakfast. There was construction debris and filth tracked all over the lobby, elevators, hallways, on all floors. We did not have running water for over 80% of our stay, so we were unable to even take showers or ise the toilets. There was no warning about this at any point during the booking process, no notice given by the clerk at check in, no apologies at any point during the stay, and they refused to discount the stay.
