"Beautiful hotel but I was expecting a better service."

Great breakfast buffet, clean but reception table should be more friendly.

The front desk service for check in and out could be better. They seem under trained. And concierge desk service also could be better.

もう少し広い子供用の水深の浅いプールがあるとさらに良かったと思う。

화장실이 자동물내림이라 좋았고 방이 깨끗했어요

지하주차장이 없고 실외주차장은 건물에서 좀 걸어야해서 힘들었어요 그리고 커피머신이 고장인지 캡슐을 넣어도 커피가 안나온게 연속 세번임. 결국 나가서 사먹음
