"Clean & Comfortable"

One of better choices in Elizabethtown, clean comfortable room. No in-room coffee pot only negative. $25 fee for pet better than most, but chain used to be truly dog friendly and charged zero extra. Like baggage fees on airlines, those days are gone

"Wasn't bad but could have been better. "

Overall good, but the beds are too high for my wife to get in without assistance and there are no step stools in the room to assist the effort. Also the shower floor is extremely slippery while trying to take a shower. The risk of falling is high. And lastly, the pool was closed during my stay.

There was hair on the sheets and stains on the pillow case. We were given a change of sheets to change the beds ourselves. We had to go back to ask for pillow cases which were old and torn. The lady at the front desk wasn't very concerned or apologetic. Her only comment was that she had never had issues like this before.We would have left but it was storming outside . I would definitely not recommend staying there.
