Nice hotel overall. Stay on the top floor if you don't want to hear the people walking above you. If your short like me 5 ft bring a stool in get into bed LOL the king was so high off the floor.

"UNWELCOME"

We were driving from FL to IL, weren't planning on stopping, but when my eyes started crossing while driving (at 4am) I figured it was time to stop. We tried Laquinta first (I LOVE their beds), funny thing WE WERE NOT WELCOME! 🤯 I asked if they had vacancies, and the young girl at the desk said " yeah, but I can't rent you a room now because it will mess up our paperwork" WHAT?? 1ST- Who has "paperwork" anymore? Everything is done on computers (I know "it's just an expression", but still) 2nd - don't you want all the business you can get? ANYWAY, I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED!! On the other hand Chris at the Ramada across the way was VERY accommodating and it was probably less expensive anyway!
